Metis Property Group is a property sourcing company that specialises in sourcing UK property investments with excellent returns.

Metis Property Group had a basic idea of the audience they were targeting and knew they wanted something that represented growth of investment and luxury. They also knew they wanted powerful use of imagery as this is what entices property investors. The aim was to make them really stand out amongst their competition.

We created the Brand Style Guide, also known as a Branding Bible, in accordance to the brief and developed it into a solid, iconic brand style that flows beautifully.

The logo was created as a visual representation of money circling around property, hence the gold foiling around the icon of the buildings. We also used sharp, classic fonts in order to make their message, clear and concise.
